The Art Of Making Life Easier And Loving It!
Macaroni Tuna Salad

A Florida shark beat us to the best part of this fish!
Life is easier getting fish from a can. And cheaper.
If you don't want to eat this salad all week, and don't feel like inviting a guest or two, than cut the portions in half or thirds and enjoy all by yourself. Don't feel guilty!
1-1/2 cups macaroni, uncooked measure.
Cook til al dente, run cold water over in collander.
Spray with garlic butter spray. Do shakes of pepper medley, Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well but gently.
Then add:
1/3 red pepper diced
1/3 yellow pepper diced
3 celery stalks sliced
4 green onions sliced
1/2 can black olives sliced
1 cup small peas, cooked but still crisp
2 2.8 cans white albacore tuna
Mayonnaise to taste. Maybe 1/3-1/2 cup, whatever suits.
Refrigerate several hours in a pretty bowl.
Good with a white wine and sourdough toast.
